Man Shot 8 times and lives to tell. Speaks of Heaven.
On the night of May 7th, 2021, at 4:30 a.m. Apostle Marcus Morningstar Davis lifelong Westside resident was shot 8 times in the far too often common occurrence of random shootings on Chicago’s West Side.
While Chicago’s summers provide no relief for gunshot victims, this particular victim turned out to be anything but. It was on his meditative walk in the 3 a.m witching hour that Apostle Marcus Morningstar Davis found himself face to face with a blood thirsty gunman seeking death and destruction.
According to one eyewitness of where the shooting occurred along the 200th block of North Hamlin Blvd the shooter just appeared and opened fire on unarmed Apostle Marcus Morningstar Davis . Video footage taken from wittiness smartphones and city video cameras caught the gruesome assassination attempt live, showing the shooter emerging from the West End block and walking North bound down the 200th block of Hamlin Blvd. before opening fire.
After the shooting, Apostle Marcus Morningstar Davis was rushed to Mt Sinai Hospital where he received award-winning care from the best trauma Surgeons, Doctors, Nurses and CNA’s. The Doctors and nurses call him a living miracle to have survived so many gun shoots and double-digit surgeries.
The Holy Apostle is now out of the Hospital and recuperating at a rehab specialty hospital, where he is expected to make a full miraculous recover. The faithful and devoted of god throughout the city of Chicago started sending in their tithe and offerings, love gifts and donations in recognition of the move of God in the land.
